Celebrating the life of
Marie Kish Robinson
January 15, 1928 - December 16, 2024
Marie Kish Robinson, age 96 passed away on December 16, 2024, at the Azalealand nursing home in Savannah, GA.
Marie and her husband, William (Bill) moved to Savannah in September of 1979. She was born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania where she graduated from Seton Hill Academy in Greensburg and Robert Morris Business College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
She was a former professional ice-skater with the ice Capades. After her marriage in 1948, she pursued a career in fashion and modeling retiring in 1999. She was a former member of The Savannah Symphony Women’s Guild, the Landings Club Women’s Golf Association, The Savannah Women’s Golf Association, The Huntingdon Club and a volunteer at Hospice of Savannah, Inc.
She was a member of St. James Catholic Church where she served as a Former Eucharistic Minister, and the chairman of the New Parishioners Committee.
She was predeceased by her parents, Mary P. and William B. Kish, and also her husband, William B. Robinson, of sixty-five years in October of 2013, and several cousins.
A Memorial Mass will be held on January 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Good Hope Chapel, 16 Rosenbrook Ave, Savannah, GA 31406, with inurnment at the Catholic Cemetery Columbarium in Savannah.
Remembrances: St. James Catholic Church or a favorite children’s charity.

Marie embodied grace and elegance. I’m forever grateful for the kindness she showed to my mother by visiting with her and bringing her communion. She and Bill were also kind to me after my mother’s passing. My life has been enriched for having known Marie.
